I've become addicted to Bikram Yoga...aka addicted to the sweating, deep breathing, intense focus, etc. I'm on my way to being really good at it....not wanting to leave part-way through class and not totally hating this "man" names Bikram. On a tip from my friend AC, I checked out the workout gear at Forever 21, and boy was I surprised! No need to buy expensive yoga clothes at Lululemon, they have it all at Forever. These shorts, which are perfect for hot yoga are under $10!!!PS - a tip for avoiding the sweat-smell in your apartment - I shower with my wet clothes and drying them before putting them in the hamper.
