After a week in Costa Rica, one of my most delicious discoveries (other than my new attraction to surfer boys) was this bottled sauce the ticos (locals) put on anything and everything. Lizano is spicy, tangy and sweet. It reminds me of....nothing I've tasted before. I brought back a bottle, but I'm so happy to know it's available to order online. Great on eggs, rice, beans, chicken, fish, you name it.

Lizano
