Transitional Shade

I know we blog incessantly about nail polish, but it's one of the greatest accessories out there and with polish companies being so avant garde these days, how can we not obsess over it. Today, after almost 3 weeks of bare toes (I know, it was terrible) I ended my self-induced breather period for my toe nails and entered the nail salon. I browsed through the colors, wondering if I should stay with the bright and tangy colors of summer, or if I should transition to darker shades since summer is officially over. I'd seen ads for Essie's fun new shades, and decided to give Bermuda Shorts a try. It's purple, but in a more muted way and its the perfect transition shade from summer to fall.
